State Certified Off-Premise Alcohol Training

Utah law requires that every grocery or convenience store employee who is involved in alcohol sales must complete a state certified off-premises alcohol training program.  With UFIA’s new online program your employees can complete this training online and take advantage of the association discount pricing.


Certified Food Handler Training

Utah law requires that every grocery or convenience store employee who is involved in preparing and handling food must complete a state certified food handling program.  With UFIA’s new online program your employees can complete this training online and take advantage of the association discount pricing.

 

Certified Food Safety Manager Training

The purpose of Food Safety Manager Training is to prepare managers to implement proven food safety practices and systems, maintain a safe and hygienic foodservice operation, and oversee the training and daily practices of hourly food workers to prevent the spread of foodborne illness. This program will also prepare certification candidates to sit for any of the nationally-accredited Certified Food Protection Manager Exams.
