Cultivating A Culture of Inspiration

Everyone, at their core, has a desire for their lives to count. Your job as a leader is to throw gas--not water--on that fire. In this talk from Kevin Scott, he provides leaders with a proven framework for fueling the inspiration that leads to employees who are loyal and customers who become raving fans. Inspiration is not magic, and it's not some kind of ether that suddenly appears then vanishes. It is far more substantive than that. Rather than waiting for your organization to be zapped by inspiration, Kevin's culture playbook gives you the tools to make your organization more productive and profitable.
